Do I receive a web hosting account that I can use to advertise my hosting services with my order?

I am wondering why I get so much space (500 MB) with the Premium Reseller program. Do I need to share this space with my customers?

No, Every time you place a new order, you receive a complete new hosting account. The 500 MB of space is for your use. Any new accounts that you sign up are completely independent from your main hosting account.

I am not a very technical person. Do I have enough experience to operate my own web hosting company?

To be able to offer good support to your customers you should be familiar with the processes involved with uploading a website, accessing email and other general hosting related needs. If you are familiar with these tasks, you should be fine. We are happy to assist you with any questions that you need help with.

How do I order an account?

When you are approved as an e-biz Web Hosting reseller, you receive an email that provides you with a web address for the reseller order form. To order a new account, simply fill in the order form with the necessary details, and the account will be automatically activated within 15 minutes. You will receive an email providing you with the account details, which you can then provide to your customer.

How is billing handled?

We bill you directly for all the accounts and resold accounts that you have active. It is your responsibility to bill and receive payments from your customers.  Every time you order a new account, you pay the initial setup fee and one months web hosting. Near the start of every month, you will receive an invoice for all your ongoing accounts.  You have the option of paying for longer periods that one month, and receiving a discount, however you should be aware that if you cancel the account, no refund will be issued.
