much disk storage space do I need? |

We allocate generous
amounts of disk storage space for your use. To give you an
idea of how much space you will need, you can store over 300
average web pages (graphics and all) within 10 Mb. Obviously
sites utilizing databases and the like will require more
space.

Can I
increase the amount of disk space if I need to? |

Extra disk space
can be purchased by arrangement at our usual excess disk
space charges. Please see our Price
Sheet for details. Another option is to upgrade your
account. Upgrades can be performed at any time. There are no
upgrade setup fees - you are simply charged the higher
monthly rate from the date of the upgrade. |

Are
there any restrictions on your "unlimited traffic" plans? |
|
We are happy to be
able to offer customers unlimited traffic on our three plans.
This allows you to have peace of mind. However, some
limitations do apply to our unlimited traffic plans.
For example, unlimited traffic may not be available for
sites offering binary files for download, or which have
unusually high graphic content such as those containing
image galleries. For full details please see our Terms
and Conditions as excess data transfer charges will
apply after 1 gigabyte of traffic to sites that do not
qualify for unlimited traffic.

If I
exceed my traffic limit, how much will the excess traffic cost me? |

In the rare event
that you do not qualify for unlimited traffic and exceed
your 1 Gigabyte traffic allowance you will be charged $8.00
for each extra 100 Mb of traffic (or part thereof).
You can check your bandwidth usage at any time by logging
into the control panel.
