methods to link to us:

Installing simple HREF links
2.
Using our banners
3.
Sending links in email correspondence or newsletters
4.
Using a form POST
5.
A special trick to have a shorter and more professional
Affiliate URL
Method 1.
Installing simple HREF links:
Use the following URL, replacing the words
"YourAffiliateNumber" with your actual unique Affiliate Number. Use
this URL as the hyperlink for any text or image. When someone visits our
site by clicking this link, the sytem will associate their visit and their
purchases with your Affiliate Number.
Here's the URL:
http://www.e-biz.com.au/cgi-bin/shop/ares.cgi?ID=YourAffiliateNumber
Here's two examples of how to utilize the URL,
with the accompanying HTML code below each example:
Example 1: Click Here For
a great web hosting account that provides everything for
e-business success.
<a
href="http://www.e-biz.com.au/cgi-bin/shop/ares.cgi?ID=YourAffiliateNumber">
Click
Here</a> For

e-business success. |
Method
2 - Using
our banners:
We
have five banners available:
We have five banners that are available, for you to include
on your site. You can either save them and then make
them link to your unique affiliate address or you can use the
code below. Please be sure to substitute "BannerLetter"
to either a,b,c,d or e.
Click here to view
our banners and download them.
Example 2:
| <a href="http://www.e-biz.com.au/cgi-bin/shop/ares.cgi?YourAffiliateNumber"
target="_top"><img src="http://www.e-biz.com.au/affiliate/BannerLetter.gif"
width="468" height="60" alt="techoni.com
- latest mobile phones"
border="0"></a>

Method 3.
Sending links in email correspondence or
newsletters:
Include your referral link in email messages,
discussion list posts, and newsletters by pasting in the full URL, without
any HREF syntax.
You can also put a short
description of our services in the signature of your email
program, and include your unique URL address.

Method 4.
Using a
Form POST
Utilize a form to refer visitors to our
site.
Method
5.
A
special trick
This
is an advanced technique - but one that is very, very
effective.
Instead
of using your longer affiliate URL you can create a simple
redirect page on your website. Here’s how to do this:
You’ll
create a subdirectory at your site like www.yoursite.com/hosting/
(if you don’t know how to do this ask your webmaster) and
when people click on this page it’ll automatically redirect
them to your affiliate link with us! It’s a great idea!
So
anyone that clicks on www.yoursite.com/hosting/ will be
redirected to:
http://www.e-biz.com.au/cgi-bin/shop/ares.cgi?ID=XXXXXXXXX
Here’s
the code to make this happen:
<html><body>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;
url=http://www.e-biz.com.au/cgi-bin/shop/ares.cgi?ID=XXXXXXXXX">
</body></html>
So
now you can use the shorter and ‘cleaner’ www.yoursite.com/hosting/
URL in your promotions!
This
one little trick helps you get more clicks because it
doesn’t look like an obvious paid link.
If
you do not have a web site, then you can email us your
details, and we will create you a redirect page, and upload it
onto our web site. If you choose this method, your
affiliate URL will look like:
http://www.e-biz.com.au/a/XXXX
(Note: XXXX can be anything you like - as long as someone else
isn't using it.)
Technical Specifications
How does it work? The link triggers a cgi
program that logs a cookie for the visitor and then redirects them to the
store on my site. When the visitor makes a purchase, you will be
identified through their cookie, and you will receive credit for the
sale.
By default, all clickthrough visitors enter our
Store front. However, if you want your referrals to enter our site at some
location other than my Store font, let me know. This feature is handy for
affiliates who wish to promote a specific plan.
The essential parts of affiliate referral links
are the following:
- Always use the URL
location:
http://www.e-biz.com.au/cgi-bin/shop/ares.cgi
- Always POST or GET the variable ID with
YourAffiliateNumber:
GET: ?ID=YourAffiliateNumber
POST: name=ID
value=YourAffiliateNumber
P.S. If you need to contact us you can email affiliate@e-biz.com.au
